I arrived at 7:41am and checked in. I was the only truck there. They told me to park on the gravel lot and wait for a call. I got the call at 8am to back into a dock. 1hr later I was empty with my signed POD. Friendly folks and plenty of space. The old reviews had me worried but I was in and out.

“I had a really frustrating experience at this warehouse. My check-in time was 1:40 p.m., but the check-in staff was incredibly rude—no manners at all, and it was totally disrespectful. It took over two hours to get checked out, from 1:40 to 3:40 p.m. They prioritized other drivers, and if you don’t have a seal, the same guy will give you a hard time. Plus, there’s no restroom—just a porta-potty. I will do everything I can to avoid ever coming to this terrible warehouse again in my life.”
