Got to dock at 8am and didn’t get unloaded until 2pm. This place is a joke

There is no toilet here. If you get up at 5:00 am and don't line up, it will be slow. Check in at 7:30 and unload at 8:00. I was the third in line.

First to arrive on a Monday morning. Checked in at 7:50ish, told to park and wait for call. Being 1st in line, I received the call at 9:05 and parked in door 6. At 10:48, I received the call letting me know that my bills were ready. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I rated 3 stars because of the amount of time it took to offload. Had it been under 2 hrs, I would have rated 5 stars. Plenty of parking space available if you burn your clocks waiting. Just be sure you have food and drink before you arrive b... read more

Got to 1605 Sylvan Rd by 0740a they redirected me to the unloading docks about a mile down the road, was number 7 in line by then, bumped a dock at 1030a left at 11:45a So yes for the most part the 1 star reviews are true BUT to the companies defense it was 10+ trucks to 2 unloading docks/forklifts so.

I don’t know, maybe I just got lucky, or maybe it was the fact it was MLK day and -10 wind chill outside 😂. But I was the only truck that was delivering when I arrived at 7:30am. Got me immediately to a door and got me out in an hour. Can’t complain. Again maybe it was a one off experience, but an experience is still an experience, and mine was good.
