Had a great experience at Noreen’s. My mom and I came for two wedding events, where we wanted our hair to be styled. Each time it’s surpassed the inspiration image, my hair has held up and looked stunning throughout the long night. The attention to detail and care is outstanding!
Overpriced. I went in for the service earlier in the fall. They stylist communicated with Noreen about what I wanted and they decided amongst themselves and agreed on what was to be done. When it came to payment it was seeming to be more than what I agreed on and I asked her about it ..she said she misheard what I wanted and she ended up adding more to my service and so obviously now I have to pay for it.
