Fast service, professional staff, good communication, and fast service.
Just had vinyl plank floors installed in our kitchen and powder room. We are beyond pleased! Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful from dealing with the staff at the showroom to Ike coming to the house to measure to give us a quote and finally Ryan who came to install the floor. Everyone was very friendly and nice to deal with. We are very impressed with Ryan and his installation. He attention to details is impeccable. We will recommend Xcentric Flooring to everyone. I am very dissatisfied, the flooring that was installed started to break and splinter only a year and a half in. There was no empathy for the home owner, it took three calls to get someone out to see it and the response was “yah these type of floors are not very well made.” REALLY! It would have been nice to know that before the purchase. We’ll go elsewhere now, we won’t be paying you to remove your disastrous floor and put another in its place.
