I received a one-massage gift certificate as a gift. My attempts to schedule an appointment failed. When I called, no answer received. I left voice messages which were not returned. I drove to the building October 3rd through all the road construction. The place was locked, lights off, no response to my knocking. The dates were in Spanish which I do not speak or read.
