Building our first home in 2025 with Xcell Homes was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. If you buy a home that was built by this company, proceed with caution. I recently bought a home that was newly built by Xcell and had a building inspector go through. With the building being under warranty, it shouldn't be a problem to have the defects listed in the report rectified. However, I received no response when I emailed it to them, and when I tried to call them about it, they were very rude and tried to interrupt me everytime I tried to speak. Thanks to Xcell Team (Anil,Shane & Ricky) My review is long time due. I got my property built in 2011 at 15 hemingway grove Cranbourne west. No problems what so ever. Built in less than specified time. I have been with them as a customer first and now i am a supplier as well. Very happy to be their customer and happy as a supplier aswell.
