Building our first home in 2025 with Xcell Homes was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. As first-time builders, we had plenty of questions, and their team was consistently patient, transparent, and supportive throughout the entire process. If you buy a home that was built by this company, proceed with caution. I recently bought a home that was newly built by Xcell and had a building inspector go through. With the building being under warranty, it shouldn't be a problem to have the defects listed in the report rectified. However, I received no response when I emailed it to them, and when I tried to call them about it, they were very rude and tried to interrupt me everytime I tried to speak.
