I'm just a weights guy mostly but there are lots of pieces of cardio equipment and classes available to members here at Xcelerate. There's something for everyone.
The group instructors are awesome and are helping me get ready to do a half-marathon soon! Can't wait for it.
The front desk staff here is really friendly, it's nice to be greeted by name and with a friendly hello right when you walk in. They really make you feel welcome and that they appreciate you being a member. It's also nice being told to have a good day after leaving.
