Akm is not an honest man. We thoroughly discussed the job at my house in front of the shower that needs to be remodeled. He lied about sending me the proposal several times even once while I was on the telephone with him. He said check your phone i just text it to you. It never came through. The day he was suppose to come over to finalize the contract - he sends me an email with a proposal. It DID NOT reflect anything we discussed nor the work necessary to complete the job.
