Excellent care! I was on vacation in Virginia and had a minor accident—I cut my hand on a glass—and the doctors, nurses, and the ladies at the front desk took excellent care of me. Ms. Dori was also very kind. If I ever return to Virginia and happen to have another accident, I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you all for your care.
My experience at Xcel was great. Unlike most urgent cares where I feel rushed they took their time. The front desk Naya was extremely helpful even though she was busy with multiple patients. Dr.G was great and had me leaving feeling brand new.
I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The doctor was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. He was especially wonderful with my son, which meant a lot since that’s why we were there. The staff is always pleasant, the facility is very clean, and I never have to wait long when I visit. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for both me and my kids.
Dr G is the best, hes so professional, friendly and goes out of his way for his patients. I come to this urgent care just for him! Thank you Dr G
I’ve been to Xcel Urgent Care a few times now, and honestly every visit has been a really good experience. They take you seriously, they don’t rush you, and they actually follow up to see how you’re doing, which for me makes a big difference. Coming here gives me peace of mind.
