This time around was a lot better!
This place is not what it used to be. Recruiters used to be more involved in helping you get a job. Now they just throw your resume at a company and wait, which is something I could've done myself. A lot of people are direct hiring check that out first please. Staffing agencies need to go. It's time to cut out the middleman and apply myself. Place is a joke. Still waiting on a call back from over a month ago! Sent emails, left VM's and never return anything. Don't waste your time!
Staff is wonderful! They led me to my current employer last year, as I started off with Xcel, then was hired in by the company a few months later. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a permanent job with an awesome employer to go thru Xcel. They are by far the best employment agency in my opinion and will certainly find you employment with a reputable employer, and not waste your time with hole in the wall establishments going no where, and those same places doing absolutely nothing when you've been harassed by their super... read more
