Storm and Alex (I use Storm) are serious professionals. Xcel is a very clean gym. Its friendly. You can talk or not talk and no one cares. There are all different ages welcome. Both Alex and Storm (and the other trainers, Taylor, Jeff, Amber) deal with each client on an individual basis even though they are training multiple people at the same time. Well. I reached out to Storm to get more information about their company and their services. I was a little concerned when he took a little extra time to contact me. While waiting to hear back from him, I reached out to several other companies or individuals on their training or coaching services. I'm so fricken glad that Storm finally got a hold of me. My son and I have been training here for over a year, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Both Jeff and Alex are exceptional trainers who truly know how to motivate and guide us. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place to achieve our fitness goals together. Highly recommend!
