Absolutely, horrible service, and lied about membership. Charged over $340 without permission, even after canceling, and refused to help. Not only unhelpful, but an arrogant and condescending tone. Definitely scripted responses, and admitted this happens frequently.
Best gym in Bend! People are awesome, the staff is awesome!
