Staying in Bend for a few weeks and needing a solid gym and this place delivers. It’s reasonably priced at $69/month compared to Snap Fitness, which is a lot more expensive. The place does get more busy than expected, even during weekdays daytime, but it has enough machines to go around for the most part. Also, the staff is friendly!
It was the fifth or sixth most coldest day of my life, and I was driving back to Bend from Corvallis after a long day. I found myself caught in the midst of a dangerous blizzard when the car in front of me suddenly slammed on the brakes at the sight of an abandoned vehicle buried in a ditch. Im happy I joined Xcel. I Just moved to bend and toured a few gyms before deciding which one to go with. Super happy here, great equipment, spacious, and the sauna actually gets pretty hot.
Really enjoyed the staff and our workouts! Plenty of machines and space, never felt cramped!
