I canceled well before my charge date but was still charged for the new month. Reading the details more, I see they require a 30 notice to cancel. These are predatory business practices.
Love it! Super clean, staff is extremely kind. Definitely a gym my whole family can enjoy, thanks to the daycare! Which is also TOP TIER. My toddler has never been to a daycare before, and has walked right in, completely comfortable each time we go! I definitely recommend xcel fitness and Blossom Street Childcare located inside the gym!!
I have been attending this gym for one year now. The staff at this gym is truly exceptional.The manager (Tanner) is a very welcoming person as well as being knowledgeable and professional. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff. The gym is equipped with everything an individual would need for a great workout. Had everything I needed. Was in town for a bit and got a day pass to use the gym. It’s the closest thing to a commercial weight lifting gym. Also has a sauna
