By far the best bang for buck gym in town. All the staff are super friendly, and proactive when it comes to repairs and servicing the equipment as needed. Bathrooms are always clean, saunas never go out, gym floor is clean. No better place in town to pursue your fitness goals! Shoutout to Tanner, Owen, and Meagan for providing a great place for us to workout!

I’d like to address the issue with one of the “trainers” at Xcel. Jessica Jones has displayed an extremely entitled and arrogant attitude towards other gym patrons. Every time she is there “training” someone she finds it acceptable to leave all her stuff just lying around in the functional green room taking spots and equipment from others. It’s unacceptable that she finds it ok to just claim an area and walk away from it for 15-25+ minutes while she “trains” someone. Childcare 12/10! My kids love coming to see Isabelle. When I told my 6 year old we were taking a day off he cried. Highly recommend this service. Every morning M-F Owen greets my little ones making them feel special. Tanner goes out of his way to connect and talk about movies and sports they like. Excel makes coming to the gym a must not just a need. My kids like it as much as I do!

Xcel is my favorite gym I’ve been a part of in my 10+ years of training. They have everything you could need/want in a gym including cleanliness. Everyone is extremely friendly and will know your name after just a couple visits. I’ve referred multiple friends to this gym and will continue to do so!

Best gym by far in bend imo. The patrons and staff are great! Sauna is a big plus, it gets a little busy but it’s so big that it’s not really a big issue. The owner seems respectable and integral which is also very important.
