WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESS REP & SENATOR. I'm having an issue because I was set up with TWO Accounts + my Roommate was set up with ONE Account for our apt. Xcel charged ALL 3 Accounts for our One Apartment aka TRIPLE CHARGING FOR ONE APT. Cust Serv just wants pmt not account corrections nor can they explain why Triple accounts for one apartment.
