The most HORRIBLE money hungry company ever!! They do NOT help you with anything. The customer service is rude! If you need help adjusting your payment they tell you to ask friends and family!
They made 2 billion net last year and pay the CEO $22 million, but somehow still take all 6 months of my ‘25 peak generation period to allow me to operate my already installed solar panels. What a joke!
I called to get the gas hooked up. A guy finally shows up, says it’s the end of his shift, tapes a number to the door, and leaves. The number blows away. It’s been 4 days without hot water. Completely unacceptable—what a joke of a company.
