WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESS REP & SENATOR. I'm having an issue because I was set up with TWO Accounts + my Roommate was set up with ONE Account for our apt. Xcel charged ALL 3 Accounts for our One Apartment aka TRIPLE CHARGING FOR ONE APT. Cust Serv just wants pmt not account corrections nor can they explain why Triple accounts for one apartment. Never had a problem with them
We had down and sparking wires that nearly caught our home and garage on fire. Our neighbors homes and trees were also at risk. The entire block seems to be out of power. Going on 7+ hours, no power, and we would rather blame the customers for "not calling to report the issue" are you serious?! They claim we never informed them of the fire. I'VE CALLED 5X TODAY ALONE.
