Use almost no electricity because I am always at work and yet my bill is now 3 times what others pay for Cass County Electric and who use more electricity than I do! This is a complete scam and these people should be investigated for fraud.
Website and google both say open till 5 on Saturday but phone says closed. Can’t ever get ahold of someone here, online bill payment hardly works and bill for next month processes before current bill is due making it look like I owe double. Whole company is chaotic
My bill has gone up 70 dollars. You are a scam artist. You expect people to turn their heat down to 58 degrees at night when you could just stop overcharging. Do you drop your own heat down to 58 degrees? Probably not because your scamming everyone and can afford it. STOP LYING COWARDS!!!!
I called today to find out why my bill doubled for December. I was told to turn off all my circuit breakers, then turn them on one by one while watching my meter. Then I could tell which appliance is causing this. Unreal. When I said I'm not the only one this has happened to, I was rudely hung up on. Not sure why a customer service agent couldn't refer me to a supervisor, but this was a horrible experience. Bad on you Excel.
