We had down and sparking wires that nearly caught our home and garage on fire. Our neighbors homes and trees were also at risk. The entire block seems to be out of power. Going on 7+ hours, no power, and we would rather blame the customers for "not calling to report the issue" are you serious?! They claim we never informed them of the fire. I'VE CALLED 5X TODAY ALONE. Terrible customer service! We set up this account on AMP to reduce the monthly bills, but they calculated it incorrectly then charged my disabled daughter $189 at the end of the year. For a person on a fixed income this his a HUGE problem! They provided no clear explanation, nor did they notify us. If I could move her service to Ottertail I would! Shameful!
No explanation for why my bill jumped up over 100$. Nothing different in the household despite the claims from the company. They know they have a monopoly in the area so why would they care?
Been sitting here for hours waiting for my power to be turned back on after paying my bill. Nobody will help me and get it figured out. Complete horrible customer service and business in general. I’d never use them if given the option unfortunately I was not. But horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
