Turned off our power even though the bill was PAID. Came home after a week vacation to no electricity and all the food in my fridge was spoiled.
Xcel Energy customer service is good at notifying of repair times for outages; however, it seems that we have at least one or two glitches everyday when the electricity is temporarily interrupted resulting in having to reset clocks, TVs, internet modem, etc. Really aggravating.
