I had an issue in seeing my account details and was not ready for the amazing customer service I received. I got connected to Tanya from what I assume was a southern tech support center. She heard my issue and empathized, then said don't worry - I will help get to the bottom of it. Our car broke down in the road this week. My fiance was pushing it to the nearest parking lot when an Xcel energy truck pulled over and two workers help him push! They were so kind to help us, it was real feel -6°F! Thank you for your kindness, you two are truly blessed!
My apartment is less than 500 SF. Excel bill is 128 dollars. Except last month (82) its never been more than 62.00. this cuntry is built on greed. Hope it feels good. Bet it does! Have a great weekend.
