Terrible, terrible, terrible. Constant outages. No credit for lost power. They sent me a statement about my request for a credit that requires several steps to access. They're intentionally brushing off complaints at this point. Is this really what we're stuck with? 🤮
Horrible app doesn't work, can't see current bill, can't pay online AND can't get a human on the phone.
