Xcel Energy is the worst electric company to deal with. I have called and talked to people about putting notes on my account and I call back and there was no information on my account saying I talked to anybody so my servicegot interrupted I called them back they said I am going to have to wait 24 hours to get it back on (because of there mistake) another time I had moved to a new house and called to get my service started and they would not turn our service on because of previous tenants so we jumped through hoops to prove ... read more
