Luis S. cleaned and tested our furnace. (Last summer he had done the same for our air conditioner.). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He taught how to find the filters for my furnace and how to replace them. He had other helpful hints so my furnace could remain in top condition.
Have been with HomeSmart for many years. Danny came over to “winter proof” our boiler, checked all the pipes, etc. for gas leaks and found one. Went over the entire boiler, took care of the leak, etc. In and out in about 20 minutes. Just another example of the OUTSTANDING service we have received from HomeSmart over the years.
Luis S was warm and friendly and explained what he was doing. He told me all about my furnace report and I enjoyed the good news! I’ll ask for him in the future.
Service pro Joe A as always very professional, imform me when he will arrive. Tells me what is going on with my furnance and answer my questions in a down to earth language that I understand.
Joe Arp came to look at my AC determined it needs new motor, this was on Monday he ordered the part but it won't arrive till Friday so he left, that evening the AC died again I call Jo he said he'll find time between his schedule to come look at it he did with a new motor, he didn't have to do that he went above and beyond to help me and family I can tell he love his job he's passionate and take pride in his job I enjoyed a conversation with him learned something new. Thank you Joe I really appreciate it!!!
