This company is absolutely deplorable! The staff is beyond rude!
This is a shout out to Xcel power. Just today, Sunday, I came across an xcel truck and asked the driver a question about the connection at the exterior of my house. He was kind enough to stop by and fix it on the spot!!!! What a nice guy and what great customer service!!! This is a well run company.... Empowering it's employees to act efficiently. Customer service is horrendous. I have been ignored or lied to for almost a month. All I'm trying to do is get my bill that they refuse to send me. They have ignored me, hung up on me, and fed me numerous lies saying my issues would be resolved.
