This is a shout out to Xcel power. Just today, Sunday, I came across an xcel truck and asked the driver a question about the connection at the exterior of my house. He was kind enough to stop by and fix it on the spot!!!! What a nice guy and what great customer service!!! This is a well run company.... Empowering it's employees to act efficiently.
