Here we go again...19K without power. Why?? Our rates LITERALLY DOUBLED this month, and you can't hire competent workers with the extra profit? Or maybe invest the extra profit into PROPER equipment that works normally.. And Good Ol USA with their monopolies. 'Merica!
Worst customer service on the planet. Can't log into account online as it tells me they cannot locate the account. Interesting that I keep getting bills. When is the State of Colorado going to intervene and clean this disaster up?
If you don't call and wait on hold over 2 hours they will put you on time of day based billing and install a smart meter.
It’s taken 2 years of calls for them to still not to come out
Excel told us they were sending over a tree service to knock out the trees in our alleyway over two months ago, still haven't seen them. The trees in our alley are all over the power lines!!!
