Worst energy company. Power goes out in my neighborhood about 15 times a year.
The worst. Outages constantly, ever increasing prices, and a company that puts the burden of environmental impact back onto the customer rather than using their profits to reinforce the power grid. YOU keep your thermostats set to 78-85 degrees on a 90-100+ degree day. Shove it.
Here we go again...19K without power. Why?? Our rates LITERALLY DOUBLED this month, and you can't hire competent workers with the extra profit? Or maybe invest the extra profit into PROPER equipment that works normally.. And Good Ol USA with their monopolies. 'Merica!
Worst customer service on the planet. Can't log into account online as it tells me they cannot locate the account. Interesting that I keep getting bills. When is the State of Colorado going to intervene and clean this disaster up?
