I think when they meter work they messed up and now I have to pay for gas usage I’m 100 sure I didn’t use!!!
They messed up my final bill and tried to charge me more than I owe. I called about it and they told me they would fix it. Week later they submitted a claim to a collection agency over a bill they are trying to scam me on and told me there’s no way to contact their billing department. Do not use their service, they are the worst.
Xcel came out last fri to fix a reacurring outage that happens when big storms come thru.... now a week has gone by since they did the fix and we got a light rain shower that now left us without power ..... all they did was make it worse....
Communication regarding meter upgrades has been horrible. I had my power shut-off with a sick kid at home a month ago, and I was told it was to upgrade the meter. Today, another contractor came to actually replace the meter, and he said we have a bypass that allows him to do the work without losing power. I never wanted the smart meter that has been forced on customers, and I'm tired of random people showing up announced.
