This company cares nothing for the people they serve and only for the profits that make by over charging the public. One of the reasons we are considering moving- can't continue to pay these high prices.
Can I give a minus 1 star? We have been out of power since last night, almost 24 hours. We call in nobody knows much. The updates are worthless. They told up work was being done at 9am, and then the work is to be done by 430pm. We'll the crew just showed up at 430pm to do the work. I talked to a guy and he said the work could have been done last night, But Excel said no, start the work at 6am and not even at this location.
