asked to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back. the employee was very rude to me for no reason and implied I was lying. Very unprofessional.
terrible company
I was told so long winded explanation that they can't charge me for months where there are federal holidays if there isnt a minimum number of days met within the month. Im not going to lie that sounds insane as a business. They then explained that its not their fault its the governments fault. So here what they did. I had services with house from them when I bought my house. I had black hills energy and thought everything was good. It wasnt.
