I've been trying to contact someone for MONTHS. I've been receiving emails for bills that are under my name, for a house I've never lived in? I don't even have an xcel account, I've never used them. I have no idea how they got my email. Now I'm getting notices that my " past due" bill is going to collections? Uhm. It's not my house?

Worst company to deal with that you could possibly imagine. They are forcing me to pay for their own system errors and refusing to honor the account information that they themselves displayed to me. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I will be reporting to all relevant organizations
Website sucks. Been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes now.
