This place is ridiculous, we've been waiting 5days for them to come and turn our stuff on, all they tell us is they have no control in the matter. Our account is paid for and upto date they should have NEVER turn our stuff off in the firyplace. They said our stuff was turned of due to vacancy evn tho we've lived there for 5 years! This place is so unprofessional!!! Worst place in Colorado!!!
They billed me $2k for a house that I haven't lived in over 3 years.. they won't cancel the charge, I am seeking a lawyer.. Pam at customer service refused to give me a supervisor name or contact, she was quick to hang up on me.. Scam / Fraud Alert
I've been trying to contact someone for MONTHS. I've been receiving emails for bills that are under my name, for a house I've never lived in? I don't even have an xcel account, I've never used them. I have no idea how they got my email. Now I'm getting notices that my " past due" bill is going to collections? Uhm. It's not my house?
