I have experienced no issues with electricity service in 6 months, however, when I moved to my residence the account was set up wrong as a business. I do not have a business, and that business account is connected to an electrical meter on a telephone pole on a vacant lot next to me owned by another (not Xcel) utility company. I am not at all impressed with this company. Last year, My husband called to cancel their services due to moving out, moved into the new apartment and changed the mailing address. They sent a maintenance man to come check out the place and the pipes on 2 different occasion, which on both occasions told them we were discontinuing our service.
