Horrible, greedy company. Set texas on fire then raised the prices of electricity 70 percent to make there money back. They broke our electricity line last winter when they where cutting a tree. Then proceeded to charge me $1600 to fix it. They are evil and greedy. Holding a monopoly over our beautiful state.
Cutting power because someone is suing you is irresponsible! They cut power where we live, but there's virtually nothing left to burn! Those who are on life support are in peril. They will not offer to pay for what is destroyed by their negligent behavior!
