When they shut off your power, take the money for a reconnect, improperly change your files status for the reconnect, and then tell you it’s gonna be 5 days for a reconnect when the temps been dropping to 16f at night. I thought you’d only get such wonderful service in Texas.
Rolling blackouts, most of the time not knowing when the power will come back on. I'd like to thank Green energy! Thank God I'm not hooked up to a ventilator or live in a travel trailer...
Hey David of Artesia just thought you should know that my bill is paid in full. Here is that reference number that Xcel Energy gave me 088270 and I had to call them and give it back to them! Like they were totally confused! But you said I had to do it. You get what I mean? They already know. Why don't you know?
