I don't think anyone at this company actually works. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. You can send multiple emails, call multiple numbers, and leave multiple messages in their portal but no one, not a single one will call you back, respond to your email, or answer messages in their portal. It is now June and since April I have been trying to get a hold of someone and I am so amazed at how this business is still running due to their ability to do some actual work.
Phone says not connected, having troubles online trying to fill out for construction, called customer service number xcel offers and that is a joke too. Said wait time 5 mins and been on hold for 42 mins.

You guys have a dam phone maybe you could try and answer it once and a while. Been calling for a week about a cracked power pole with the line on the ground.
