I haven't been able to log into my account in months because their systems are down. With they systems down they are unable setup autopay for me.... sooooo I get to call xcel energy once a month. I feel like I'm living in 1973. How do monopolies like this exist? who else can I get electricity from?
I am trying to get service hooked up to my new address and each Excel # i dial i either get a person finally and they hang up when I ask their name. The last person's name was Mark or Markus. I asked to clarify and he was gone. Or the call just disconnects before I even get anyone. This is very poor service right off the bat. I've been trying to get this set up on and off all day today. Frustrating.
