This company is one of the worst in the country. The employees should be ashamed of themselves. If you have any other option you should take it so this garbage company can go bankrupt. They over charge for their product, refuse to fix their infrastructure until its a hazard to the public and gouge every customer they have for hundreds of dollars when they can't even keep their power grid stable. The government should investigate companies like this
Employee started screaming at me pretending to be the shop manager, which I later found out he was not. Guy acted like a child so I packed up my tools and left.
Actually scamming they just “estimated” my bill at 200% of last months bill because THEIR meter stopped working
well, it has been warm, and because my thermostat has been hacked many times, I am now stuck with a bill for $225. For a mobile home that I live in alone, kind of sucks
