Service has had way too many downtime. They seem like an electric company that doesn't know their field. They don't hold themselves accountable for poor services. If you have an option to get electric from another provider in your area, I suggest you take it.
Living in a metro area, we shouldn't randomly lose power like we do. This twice now in a week, 5/15 and again today, 5/21. Update your infrastructure or fix the problem. Their customer service is non-existent. Someone should investigate them.
It takes you thirty minutes to speak to a human being, and then they just repeat that they don't have any update on your request for a meter check, they don't know when that will happen or if you'll be reimbursed for the unexplained changes in electricity usage compared to the previous year. And they say they can't help you with anything else until that request - the one I was reminded repeatedly that I put in by the way, as if that's my fault I need their assistance. hopefully at some point we hear back
Do real people work for this company?
Excel energy does not follow mpca protocol and they pay off anyone who tries to make a big deal or go public in regards to the heinous amounts of hazardous materials they are pumping into the river. See dead fish. Dead fish. Why? Anyone have any idea???
