It takes you thirty minutes to speak to a human being, and then they just repeat that they don't have any update on your request for a meter check, they don't know when that will happen or if you'll be reimbursed for the unexplained changes in electricity usage compared to the previous year. And they say they can't help you with anything else until that request - the one I was reminded repeatedly that I put in by the way, as if that's my fault I need their assistance. hopefully at some point we hear back
Do real people work for this company?
Excel energy does not follow mpca protocol and they pay off anyone who tries to make a big deal or go public in regards to the heinous amounts of hazardous materials they are pumping into the river. See dead fish. Dead fish. Why? Anyone have any idea???
If you wanna spend a crap ton on utility this is this company. They milk you from every penny you get until your wallet is dry. Corruption here
Hate the price increase. Really? I want an audit of this company. I don't believe they need to charge 5% more. I will be looking to move to another state.
