This is the pre-review. I'm fixen to go out there and try to get to the bottom of this bill. It increased 209% in one month, and not one thing has changed over that month. Same people, same usage, same homestead. There's even solar panels on the roof to cut back billing. Yet somehow our bill this month is 989$ whereas last month we had a 430$ bill. Worst customer service ever! Swap out a meter and no one knows how to send a new billing? Wait an hour to talk to someone at the mandatory "customer service" number and no one has any answers. If I had a dollar for every apology I heard, I'd have a full tank of gas!
How about instead of wasting all that money on commercials lower my bill to a reasonable amount
You took the payment, but never paid the bill...
Turned my gas off on Tuesday! Said they would be here Wednesday from the hours of 7:30-3:30, took off work and no one’s showed up! Call and say Thursday so I take off work and it’s 2:30 pm with NO ONE HERE TO TURN MY GAS ON. Awful customer service. Awful field workers who can’t get to me in a timely manner with no heat, hot water, or stove.
