Constant price hikes, and we call to figure out your bill they just restate the bill to you over and over, as if you haven’t already looked at it. How is air conditioning cheaper by over $100 than heat? Especially when your thermostat is set to their recommendations. If you can move in to an area not serviced by them I would.

Worst customer service on this planet! They said my power would be off for maybe 2 hours! What a joke! What about people like me that are sick and need their phone? Mines dead because now it won't be on until 1030 tonight! I'm so angry!
