can't login on computer, laptop, tablet or phone, silly white screen bug. also they don't let you auto pay with credit card and when you do pay with a card there is a transaction fee
The worst company ever it seems as though alot of us did not opt in for their new meters that were forced upon us we get screwed by this company we should all get together and SUE this company
1/5 Twice, my power was shut off during a basic house-to-house move even though I followed the process. And then on a Sunday—on my birthday—there’s a “3-hour estimated outage” with zero explanation. If you enjoy paying premium prices for chaos, confusion, and radio silence, this is your company.
All elected democrats in this state are beholden to Xcel. Gross.
