Power has been out for over 10 hours now, they sent one guy at 11:30pm to look at it mind you the Power went out at 3 in the afternoon. He said a tree branch fell on the line and he had to call the tree cutters and told ne it'd be a little but till they got here and then a couple of hours for them to clear it. NO ANSWER TO MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NEES WHEN POWER IS OUT. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!

Sure do pay a lot and sometimes double for my houses power to go out at least once a month. Love how they also call you to let you know there is a power outage you reported to let you know they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed interrupting another call.
