The worst company ever it seems as though alot of us did not opt in for their new meters that were forced upon us we get screwed by this company we should all get together and SUE this company
1/5 Twice, my power was shut off during a basic house-to-house move even though I followed the process. And then on a Sunday—on my birthday—there’s a “3-hour estimated outage” with zero explanation. If you enjoy paying premium prices for chaos, confusion, and radio silence, this is your company.
All elected democrats in this state are beholden to Xcel. Gross.
Why should I pay my electric bill?? I was out of town and come back to the food in my fridge and freezer that’s completely bad. Not to mention holiday prep I had in there. $100’s wasted and I’m sure you guys expect payment in full. Not to mention you continue to push back the restoration time more and more. What a waste of resources. You won’t be getting anything from me!
My review is not about the power outage. This is about the installation of an electric car charger. I used one of Excels recommended providers and the project was passed by the city inspector and a month later xcell sent out one of their people to inspect the work. After he look at it he wanted more woek done. The more work cost us another $650.
