Charged me $115 randomly on top of my regular bill with no explanation Too bad there isn't any other gas companies to switch to.
Horrible service!!!! My parents had a gas leak. We called Xcel to come out, we thought it was coming from the meter it's self..Once they came out, it was determined it was a loose pipe. We had a company come out at 8am, next day, it was fixed within an hour. We called Xcel at 10am, was told by Xcel their Techs will come to turn gas back on . We wait until 1, nothing.. Called Xcel again, was told they see work order they will be coming out...Again, waiting until 330pm. Called again, same answer . I wait until next day, 9am an... read more
