Trash customer service I would give zero . These people stuff me with a $3000 invoice that I didn’t even procure or live in the house instead of giving us the benefit of the doubt are working with us. They demanded it all at one time and shut off our electricity making it almost impossible to turn it back on l! 2nd power outage in a month (in the summer!). First one was 8 hours with no updates except for text messages that just kept pushing it an hour. Who knows how long this one will be. For the amount of money I am forced to pay, I am absolutely livid about their inability to do the bare minimum.
