Pos company that doesn't keep customers happy. At all. Ive been waiting for my power to come back on for over 24 hours. Terrible.

Customer service rep VERY RUDE!
33% increase in bill from same month 2024 to 2025. Completely false info on energy usage to bill more. Installed new power pole, left debris and junk laying in yard. I had to clean up, should be sending Xcel an invoice to do so. I did not not give permission to install smart meter in my property, makes no difference though as they charge you a fee for not having it to make up the loss of profit increase. Grade A company. 0/5
