I just moved in the area and I never ever had to deal with so many outages like what’s going on???? and it’s all day not just a couple hours. Taking all day the man outside had the nerve to try to be funny asking me how does it feel with no power??? Like what nothing is funny when I pay my bill and yall keep having problems. It’s UNACCEPTABLE! THIS IS THE 5th time since March 2025 that I had an outage with Xcel and this area.
My experience with Xcel Energy is somewhat limited here. Xcel Energy supplies electric service to my home in Eagan. Billing has been accurate so far. Never had issues with service when power goes out Xcel Energy was out fixing the service in due haste. Only have been four times that my service went out in a five year period since I moved into my home in October of 2019. Actually scamming they just “estimated” my bill at 200% of last months bill because THEIR meter stopped working
