A couple of days ago Chris came in and corrected all the incorrect work someone my husband found on Facebook did that could have burned down our house. Chris was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job making sure our wiring is how it's supposed to be. He will be coming back at some point to do the work in our laundry room. I highly recommend him for your electrician needs!
I called Xcel 3rd and oh how I wish it was 1st. After the first guy, who was an independent electrician, literally charged us a fortune and screwed the wiring up and all but disappeared we called a company. After 3 hrs of being told an Electrician will call you right back yet hearing nothing, I contacted Xcel. Not only did Chris reply right away, he was at our home and had all the mistakes corrected that his predecessor had done within 2 hrs after the initial phone call. Fast responds and nice work
I went thru two different electrian companies one being very well known and highly rated and noone could figure out my issue. This went on for several months band aiding what they thought was the problem. After being left in the dark with no electricity for 5 nights due to my panel sparking the week before Thanksgiving I finally found Chris and he fit me in his schedule and replaced the panel quickly.
