Honest, reliable and great service.... From your first call with the receptionist, she has excellent customer service skills, staff are top notch. This is a hidden gem of a business. Highly recommended will definitely book again. Andy was very helpful with information.
Andrew and the team at Xcel auto were fantastic to deal with, not only did they fit me in last minute they had me back on the road in the same day after sorting a lot of issues out with my car and I couldn't be happier and it allowed me to get done what I needed to that night. A fairly straightforward job to install trailer reversing camera kit that I supplied was done well and the service was good. I felt installation price of $1500 was high hence the loss of stars.

Kate answered my call on a Monday even when the workshop wasn't open, and was able to book me in quickly to get my car sorted. I was so appreciative of the warm, friendly and professional nature in being able to work around me and provide me with accurate information about my car (no gatekeeping here, winner!). Would highly recommend
