I couldn't get my google wifi thermostat to work without a C wire for my heat pump system in my condo (The Sands Georgetown). Jamie and his apprentice Ryan, came to find the previous owner incorrectly wired the unit. The father and son team diagnosed the problem and ran new wires and cleaned everything up. I'm very happy to report everything is working as expected. His fees are very reasonable and I'm thankful for his experience and professionalism.
Of course on one of the hottest days of the year the air conditioner stopped working. The team from Xceed came out within an hour to check the unit. They were able to get it running temporarily to make sure my family was comfortable and were back the next day to fix it for an incredibly fair price. Jamie and his team did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the problem with our pool heater. They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing and were very professional. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for honest and professional service.
