I have had two car loans, and recently my motorcycle loan from XFCU. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Karla Ortiz. I'd highly recommend seeing her and working with her directly for all your banking needs.
Honestly, don't go near this place. My credit union of 35 years recently merged into Xceed and it has been the most disastrous experience in my financial life. Complete loss of account history, deficient bill paying capabilities, and a phone tree that changed within the first week to prevent you from being able to actually reach a representative.
