I had a cupping massage Richard and it was amazing! He was incredibly intuitive and had a fantastic technique and flow! I hadn't even been able to quantify all the areas that needed attention, and he was able to find and treat with different techniques all these different areas of tension.. it was truly a huge difference by the end of the massage and I feel so much better and will absolutely be going back!
I’ve been getting massage from Richard for more than five years. He is the best masseuse I have ever had. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Richard is very thorough with his massages. I've been very happy with the deep tissue massage and the lymphatic massage. He knows what he is doing.
Rich at Xcape is a miracle worker.. this is more than a common massage.. I had awful next pain . Couldn’t sleep at night .. 4 years ago I stopped in to his place and used techniques on my neck and I have never had this pain again … he knows every solution to areas of pain/ trigger points . Rich is amazing and if you’re looking for someone that can fix your body and heal this is the guy !!
