Had a Duramax rebuilt last year. After approximately 28,000 miles it cracked a piston. When I called to let them know of the problem I was pretty hot. After finding out the actual problem, which was no fault of Xcalibur, I called and apologized for my behavior and they went above and beyond and are sending me a piston. Excellent workmanship and demeaner. I will be referring anyone I know to them

Had a Duramax rebuilt last year. Came in with cracked pistons. Went with the upgraded pistons to remedy this known issue with Duramax. I asked if it were to happen again would it be covered. Had all of the known problems with the Duramax addressed on this engine. Installed all new parts at install. After 32,000 miles ended up with a cracked piston.
