I visited XCAL Shooting Sports & Fitness on January 31 with a friend, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like a VIP welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered clearly and patiently, and the team was always willing to help. The facility itself is outstanding very clean, well-organized, and professionally run. They have a new queuing system for customers with a giant screen that displays your name and phone number while signing in. Once you sign in, it does not give any information about position in line, estimated wait time, etc, which is annoyingly opaque. Am I 28th in line and should come back in 3 hours? Next in line and should stay close? There’s no way to know; just wait for your text message. Edited to add: my mystery wait time was over an hour.
