If I could give 0 stars, I would. $220 + tip down the drain. I had an appointment here Friday Oct 24, 2025 for twists, and unfortunately, they started unraveling shortly after leaving my appointment. She did offer to fix it that evening which she did and I appreciated that. However, within just a few days it started to unravel again. I’ve had twists done many times before and they usually last around 1-2 months, so I was very disappointed with the results — especially since I have a few upcoming events.
