I've heard great things about Dr. Ortiz. Outstanding to be exact. It amazes me by the careless person whom answers the phone when I inquired if he was accepting new patients. When I asked, I was asked that depends on what type of insurance I had. I was in awe... it didn't come to mind to ask if I was suffering from something. The woman on the other line was so indignant and rude... I have Ins. $$.. she ruined it.
I recently started seeing Dr. Ortiz. Within 2 months he preformed my complete hysterectomy which was 2 days ago and I feel great. He gave a lot of different options and explained and made sense out of all my options. I don’t regret any of it and I would do it all over again. I would recommend Dr.Ortiz to the world he was wonderful. Thanks X. Ortiz
