We enjoyed our visit. They got us in right away, and the staff was great to work with. The doctor was great and we got our prescriptions same day with no problems. I certainly recommend Xavier eyecare.
Dr Chi-Chi, Travis and the team were professional, patient, attentive, and delivered wonderful service overall. Dr. Chi-Chi was patient in answering my questions and educating me about the differences in my new prescription. The front desk team was attentive, and displayed a high level of professionalism in their service delivery. Everyone here was so kind here! It was quick and simple to get everything done. Each staff member answered all my questions with politely and patiently. I would definitely suggest this place to anybody and I would want to come back here.
Xavier Eye Care gave me a great experience. They helped me get a new contact prescription quickly and explained everything in clear terms. The exam felt thorough and focused on accuracy, and the staff answered my questions without rushing me. My prescription felt right immediately, and the office stayed organized and on time. I left feeling confident about my eye health and would recommend Xavier Eye Care to anyone who wears contacts.
The service from start to finish was excellent!! Dr. Chidinma performed a very thorough eye exam, which for someone my age(65), is very important. I would recommend her services to anyone.
