Dr Chi-Chi, Travis and the team were professional, patient, attentive, and delivered wonderful service overall. Dr. Chi-Chi was patient in answering my questions and educating me about the differences in my new prescription. The front desk team was attentive, and displayed a high level of professionalism in their service delivery. This was by far the best eye appointment experience I've ever had! It was my first time being fitted for bifocal contact lenses, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. For the first time, I can see both near and far clearly with my contacts—it's truly life-changing. Dr. Chichi is absolutely amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
