Personal and professional. Nurse and all staff very nice and care about the patient
I'm a new patient of Dr Benedicts this year. She makes me feel seen and heard. She validates my concerns. She knows her stuff. I give her my symptoms and she immediately has a direction for us to go in. Some of my health issues in the past have been brushed over or under the rug but she listens, acknowledges, gives possible answers, and then puts me with right specialist or tests to find the root causes.
