Following up – After posting this review, we have received multiple phone calls from the dealer and Xander himself, threatening to 'suspend our licenses' if we do not remove the review. If Xander Auto Sales genuinely cared about their reputation, they should have provided better service from the start, instead of resorting to threats. I have to say that this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor. The complete lack of professionalism and dishonest tactics just to make a sale is astonishing. The owner is rude, condescending, and even goes as far as altering invoice documentation to benefit himself. When I tried to get my money back, he refused, leaving me out of thousands of dollars.
