I rarely leave bad reviews but unfortunately today is the day I feel inclined to. I went in for a toner with the salon owner. The result turned blue and would not wash out, so I returned to have it corrected. During the follow-up appointment, I felt that responsibility for the outcome was placed on me because I had asked for a darker toner and agreed to what was in my notes just a couple shades darker.
