I really like this salon. Calling to make an appointment was easy and quick. I really liked how they call to confirm your appointment the day before. I also really appreciated getting a haircut and a manicure in the same place with the same stylist - very convenient. Also, since it is not just a "nail salon" where you're run through as quickly as possible, they take much better care of your nails - specifically not using a dremel to sand off a previous gel coating which can go too deep and hurt the live nail underneath the e... read more
I went in for highlights....And got my hair RUINED....the worst thing ever. I wanted blonde highlights and ended up with red hair....I hate red hair they destroyed my hair.....Pam is the one she has no idea what she is doing....my hair was shiny and long i may shave my head it's that bad. I can't stop crying. I've had blonde highlights for 50 years and no one has ever messed it up this Bad. I just had my hair highlighted/toned and cut. I walked in nervous but wanting to try somewhere new. My previous stylist from elsewhere had done my hair for 10 years. She did good for a long time but she started to do awful work the past few times I went. I thought maybe my hair changed and that I couldn’t highlight it any longer.
