I went for Japanese hair straightening. Paid $240 for shoulder length hair cut along with straightening.The lady over there named burnt my scalp by applying lots of cream to the roots of the hair. I told her it is burning but she did not care. Couldn’t sleep entire night. Did couple of times Japanese hair straightening before with other hair salon . But Here it’s worst. BE CAREFUL .

it was the most painful experience, they kept touching my scalp with iron. Now I can’t even wash my hair because my scalp is burned and have blisters.

One of the best hairdressing experiences I’ve ever had, my hair is amazing, it’s exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with it, thank you for being so patient and bringing my hair back to life!

Had a total of 3 visits there, first hair straightening experience was great, it lasted months, second time it only stayed for a couple weeks, third time I went there was for a haircut, the lady took well over an hour to cut my hair as she was working on another client and took breaks, I showed her a picture of a bob, slightly shorter at the back (included in this post) and she gave me a 2000s Rhianna haircut, so short it was almost shaved at the back, and straight across, and two very long pieces on each side
