My experience with Xala Health was excellent. Working with their customer care representative --Sheida-- was a pleasure. She answered all my questions, returned my calls within the same day and provided excellent aasistance in setting up my Icare tonometer and showing me how to take accurate measurements. I cannot recommend a better company for purchasing durable medical equipment.for home use.
I am reviewing the iCareTonometer for glaucoma. I am a retired physician and have been followed by glaucoma specialists for many years. Xala Health was very helpful, from acquiring my device, to programming, and support after sale. Best of all, my data is accessible to my doctor through an online platform. Ravi in particular went out of his way to be helpful. The device is well-built and reliable and the readings are quite accurate, as I tested it one time at my doctor’s office.
