Xactware is a great product I have used since 1999. Xactimate is their flagship software for estimating restoration industry losses.
I am disappointed in Xactimate. After being a customer for 20 years I was refused an additional license in October to add to our acct during a storm on a month to month basis simply because my other license was acquired on an annual basis. They REFUSED to give me an additional license unless I paid for it through the end of April like my other license..........how is this good business practice for someone who has been a customer for 20 years.
