CALL THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PLOTTER!! They saved the day! We called Xact Supply after having a horrible experience with Canon Services breaking our Oce plotter during a service request to clean it (do NOT use Canon, call these guys!!) And Mike and his team came by the next day on time and did their magic. I have had great experience working with Xact over the years. Xact maintained the previous Xerox wide format plotter that my employer had. In 2015 we reached out to them for guidance on replacing that equipment with a new plotter that had all the features we were looking for.
