It rarely opens on time (5:00 am) and I can't count the times I have waited 15-20 minutes only to leave and hope they are open the next day.
Hands down the best gym for anyone boxers kickboxers even those who just like to lift weights or just lose weight every one Welcom and feels very apre appreciated right away they make you feel like your at home infact its my second home

This fitness center is nothing shy of amazing! I couldn’t believe the amount of services available for the membership offered! Everything I could ever want under one roof! If you want your butt kicked, hit up Ian Shaw’s Muay Thai Kickboxing!!
Wonderful training atmosphere and professional fighters in the gym. New equipment and great feel when walking to the gym. Recommend to other fighters to come in and check it out!
